3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount via any payment method is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing it.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

colbet reserves the right to cancel any account found to be abusing bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Promotion Changes

colbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Members will be notified of changes in a timely manner.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance and Cancellation of Bets

colbet reserves the right to accept bets. A bet may be cancelled due to a technical error, pricing mistake or any other reason. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

5.2 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit may apply to certain games and betting markets. The specific limit for each game and market is stated in that game's description.

5.3 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled or suspended due to uncertain circumstances, all bets placed on that event will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

Match fixing, arbitrage betting or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

6 VIP and Loyalty Program

colbet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Based on your consistency of play and dedication to the platform, you can advance to a higher VIP tier. Your account must remain active and in compliance with the terms to receive VIP benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the colbet platform:

• Attempting to use or access another person's account.
• Hacking, spreading viruses or any other harmful activity targeting the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Placing bets using any automated tool (bots, scripts).
• Money laundering or transactions involving unlawful funds.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent closure of the account and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.
